1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 75bed ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 75bed website and all associated services. By accessing 75bed in any form — browsing, registering, depositing, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read and fully agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using 75bed immediately. 75bed reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 3. Account Registration & KYC

Each person may hold only one (1) 75bed account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

75bed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. We may request identity documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time we consider necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, withdrawal delays, or permanent account closure. Documents that may be required include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g. screenshot of the registered bKash account)
• Any additional documentation 75bed deems necessary to confirm your identity or the legitimate source of your funds

4. Deposits

All funds deposited into a 75bed account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or accepting third-party deposits into your account, is strictly prohibited. 75bed accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per payment method are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

75bed does not charge fees for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges. 75bed is not responsible for any third-party fees. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion rates applied by your payment provider will determine the BDT equivalent credited to your account.

• Deposits credited to your gaming balance cannot be reversed. If you believe an error has occurred, contact support immediately.
• 75bed reserves the right to refuse a deposit from any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Suspected fraudulent deposit activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the method used for your most recent deposit. 75bed does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods. Primary withdrawal channels are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification.

Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment provider's own schedules. 75bed endeavours to approve all valid withdrawal requests promptly. Players across Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — are subject to the same withdrawal procedures and timescales.

• 75bed reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• 75bed will not process a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion that funds are connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

75bed offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus is limited to one per player per promotion. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75bed. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform, in addition to any civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.

• Registering more than one account, whether using real or fictitious identity details
• Using 75bed for money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interactions

8. Fair Play & Game Rules

All games on the 75bed platform are provided by third-party game studios whose random number generation (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG of each respective provider. 75bed does not alter, influence, or adjust game outcomes after they have been set by the provider. In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session, the affected round will be voided and any stakes wagered in that round will be returned to the player's account. 75bed accepts no liability for losses or missed winnings arising from a game malfunction. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bed platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 75bed or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 75bed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bed, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 75bed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

75bed's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 75bed account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
